Our generation is reputed to have a breakingly bad addiction to instagram. While that’s not entirely untrue, we did birth a whole startup off of it.

Sangam India is a bunch of kids who grew up watching fevicol ads, reading archies comics on every train journey, listening to KK on the radio and attending those compulsory bharatanatyam classes… a bunch of kids who grew up around art, all kinds of it. We’re also a bunch of kids who love money, and hence the business.

As Sangam India, we identify as a creative startup with an aim of monetizing art and giving impetus to all kinds of artists. We recognize the gravitas of needing a platform and we serve the purpose through open mics, concerts, workshops, flea markets and every event that could help out a fellow artist somehow, somewhere.

Overall, Sangam is a gregarious organisation with a sincere dedication to build a community of like-minded, creative people, a community that truly pushes the boundaries of art.
